• We will review listing agreement for missing signatures/initials (also applies to agency/brokerage documentation if included).

    • Send introductory email and calendar holds to seller(s) highlighting listing details and dates. Introductory email will include link to our ‘Listing Checklist.’

    • Send disclosures for seller(s) to complete.

    • Obtain list of home improvements/upgrade and create Canva template to be attached to listing on the MLS.

    • Schedule cleaning, measurements, pictures, and staging (seller(s) and/or agent to pay for services scheduled).

    • If applicable, gather HOA information to include on listing.

    • Confirm listing and attachments on the local MLS.

    • Notify seller(s) once listing is active and provide link to the MLS for their viewing.

    • Create marketing flyer(s) in Canva to be shared with seller(s) and/or agent.
